School Background
Leaders in Learning Progressive Playschool began its journey on January 5, 2019, originally known as Learning Ladders. What started as a small tutorial center gradually evolved as families sought a learning environment rooted in quality education, child safety, and developmental excellence.
Recognizing the critical importance of early childhood education, the school expanded its services to include Toddler and Pre-K programs. Each program was thoughtfully designed in alignment with the National Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Standards. Our curriculum, learning environment, and teacher qualifications strictly comply with DSWD requirements, ensuring that every child receives nurturing care, age-appropriate learning experiences, and a safe, protective space to explore and grow.
In January 2026, Leaders in Learning Progressive Playschool reached another significant milestone with the approval of its Permit to Operate Kindergarten by the Department of Education.
Today, we stand proudly as one of the leading early childhood centers in the community. We remain committed to championing progressive, evidence-based educational practices while faithfully upholding national standards that place each child’s well-being, development, and potential at the heart of everything we do.
MISSION
Our goal is to provide every child an enriched curriculum of developmentally appropriate activities in a nurturing and fun environment, setting the foundation for a lifelong love of education and success in school and life.
VISION
To be an exemplary provider of Early Childhood Care and Development and Kindergarten education in the Philippines, nurturing holistically developed, confident, and lifelong learners through quality, child-centered, and developmentally appropriate programs.
OUR SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
We are committed in providing the highest quality of Early Childhood Education that cares for our young learners, for our staff, and for the parents.
We believe that individuals are all unique in character and potential, but we also value the importance of working in groups and the benefits of socialization in early years. We want our students to be happy and confident as they feel the sense of belongingness. We are inclusive.
We offer diverse range of experiences to promote learning in all seven domains of development- cognitive, gross motor, fine motor, social-emotional, receptive, expressive language, and self-help skills.
We believe that small class size is important for us to give attention to all students during their formative years. We also believe in the continuous improvement of our teachers to acquire more knowledge not only about the neurotypical learners, but also about the neurodivergent ones.
